I am a husband, father, strategist and adventurer. 17 years ago, I began a search for wisdom that led me to spend thousands of hours with mentors and read 100+ books a year. This journey has transformed how I think and live.

I run a growth strategy consultancy where I get to work with business and nonprofit leaders. I help founders, owners, and executives design and implement strategies to achieve ambitious visions. I have worked with companies and leaders in private equity, international politics, humanitarian investment, tech startups, trades, education, nonprofits, and government agencies. I am passionate about merging timeless principles with cutting-edge methods, tools, and technologies.

I am a strategist and first-principle thinker with a personal mission to help good things grow. I am an avid learner who is constantly reading books on business, innovation, psychology, spirituality, leadership, history, and social science. I spend lots of time with mentors who help me grow personally and professionally.

This journey has helped me come to understand the fundamental principles and practices that enable teams to drive growth and achieve ambitious goals. More importantly, it has shaped me spiritually and mentally. I am passionate about sharing with others the principles that I have learned and the journey I am on. When not working, I can usually be found outside mountain biking, wake surfing, exploring mountains, or on an adventure with my wife and three kids.
